Xtremely Hot

After being divorced, I began to couch surf with some friends that had become more like family. I had been injured in a car accident, where a stolen car, with no insurance, and a no license operator,  ran directly into my drivers side door, while I was sitting at the stop sign on Desert Inn and Seminole. I ended up losing  my job at Sprint PCS on Flamingo, I began to sell tstrings for a company based out of Woodbury, New York named What's Hot! on commission only, while I was an independent contractor of Sprint/Nextel service.  Things turned slow and bad during this time. One day I ventured to the Blue Diamond desert in Las Vegas, Nevada for some peace and solitude. During my visit in the desert, I began to Pray and ask God  ; What am I supposed to do ? Where am I supposed to go ? Mind thee, its 120 degrees broad daylight at this time. I hearkened unto the voice of God...and the words " Xtremely Hot " was breathed into my ear. The next step was to research with the United States Patent and Trademark office ( USPTO). Initially, I thought I would be the first to have the name, however I wound up being  second to the Edison brothers, the owners of a $1.5b conglomerate composed of clothing and entertainment like Dave and Busters and  Wild Pair . The Edison brothers never used the Xtremely Hot name on any garments, nor was any artwork associated with the name. Ironic enough, the Edison brothers abandoned the Xtremely Hot trademark in 2003, and I, John W. Davis started my journey with Xtremely Hot circa 2006-07. TGBTG
